Small Campus Raises Nearly One Thousand Dollars to Help St. Jude
Since 1993, Word of Life’s Primary Campus has taken part in the Math-a-Thon for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. This year the children collected a total $968.25. All of the thirty-eight Primary Campus students did the Math-a-Thon booklets to help them practice math skills. read more . . .

Collection for Hurricane Ike Relief
After only a one week school-wide collection, Word of Life Lutheran School collected over $1,600 to help the victims of Hurricane Ike. Word of Life Lutheran School’s Parent-Teacher League, also known as PTL, coordinated a unique and creative way to collect funds to help a good cause. They held a “Penny War” in which the individual classes competed with one another for a small reward. read more . . .
